In order to use "BUY NOW" and "BID", you have to place a deposit on your account. The minimum deposit amount is $600 or 10% from the "BID/BUY NOW" amount.

In order to participate in BidGoLive real-time bidding, you have to place a deposit on your account. The minimum deposit amount is $1,000 or 15% from the bid amount.

We require a deposit to ensure that you are making a sincere and truthful "Bid" or "Buy Now", as well as reserve the vehicle at the selling auction.

You can make a deposit in the "FINANCE" section of the "PROFILE" page by clicking "Make a Payment" and choosing your method of payment. Deposits can be made using your credit/debit card. If you, for any reason, do not wish to use your card, you have the option to make a bank wire transfer. You can find our bank wire instructions in your user's profile.

Please include your name or the dealer number in the description when sending a deposit, so we can properly credit your account.

Deposits are refundable within the first 12 months. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and can only be used towards the purchase. All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your request. In your "PROFILE" page, the bottom right you will see the link "Refund Payment", please follow the link and instructions so that we could process your refund. Transfer time for the bank wire transfer is 5-7 business days. Please note, we will deduct a bank wire fees of no more than $50 per refund if made by bank wire transfer. All credit card transactions will be refunded within 5 business days upon request of the customer. In your "PROFILE" page, the bottom right you will see the link "Refund Payment", please follow the link and instructions so that we could process your refund. Please note, we will deduct $0.35 (35 cents) + 3.8% of the amount as a refund transaction fee for every credit card refund.

If your "BID" or "BUY NOW" was not successful, your deposit can be used towards the next "BID/BUY NOW" or can be refunded to you upon your request.

Deposit can be made with Credit/Debit card or bank wire transfer. Stanbic bank (Ghana) charges 2% for every wire transfer, Access Bank (Nigeria) - 3%; Access Bank (UK), CIBC and C1CU - charges are from the correspondent bank.

If the Credit/Debit card payment exceeds $2,500, a fee of 3.8% will be applied to all following transactions.

You have 3 days (including the day of the purchase) to pay in full your wholesale vehicle agreement (the invoice). If full payment is not received on the third day after purchase, there will be a charge of $50 and/or 0.125% per day from AuctionExport, as well as $50 or 2%, whichever is greater, from the selling auction. If we do not receive the payment or a copy of the payment confirmation in 4 days, your vehicle will be relisted, and you will be charged a cancellation fee with a minimum of $600 or 10% ($1,000 or 15%, depending on the auction), whichever is greater, from the purchase price.
