All drivable vehicles without visible extensive damage will sail by RORO as usual, vehicles that are non-drivable and do not have extensive damage will be accepted by RORO TOWABLE. Ports of destination will stay the same as Tincan Port for Nigeria and Tema Port for Ghana.

Regardless of whether you choose the RORO or Container shipping method, you must contact a clearing agent. You will be required to provide the following
Valid Bill of Sale
Valid registration document
Complete Customs paperwork
Customs papers will be sent to you for completion and submission to the agent. Once returned, these documents will be submitted to HM Revenue and Customs to arrange for payment of UK customs taxes.

The tax amount is paid directly to customs, and the agent fee is paid in full to the agent. Please note that fees payable at the destination vary depending on whether the car was shipped RORO or in a Container, and these fees are separate from the independent customs tax fee.
